- For the personal data of FIL personnel: The data fiduciary is Finolex Industries Limited, the entity which employs you.
- For the personal data of third-party personnel (including FIL clients): The data controller is the Finolex Industries Limited local member firm with which the third party has a relationship.

The total retention period is defined and will be implemented in accordance with the FIL data retention policy and applicable data protection laws.
